MCM Warranty Statement

This MCM Warranty Statement applies to Authorised MCM Dealers who extend this warranty to the end-user/owner of an MCM product, or directly from the MCM Distributor.

MCM is not the original manufacturer of its products but a trading company. Warranty, if any, relies on the product/component manufacturers, including engines, pumps, tyres, and batteries.

Limited Parts Only Warranty:
• 1500 hours / 12 months for the machine
• 2000 hours / 12 months for the engine
– whichever occurs first.

MCM will supply parts only, free of charge, for component failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. Claims must include a completed form and may require technician input, photos, videos, and physical inspection. MCM may override manufacturer declines at its discretion.

Returns & Labour

Transportation for warranty returns is the end-user’s responsibility. Labour for diagnostics, removal, and installation is also the end-user’s responsibility.

Third-Party Servicing

Servicing must be done by qualified professionals:

• Qualified Diesel Mechanic – for engines
• Qualified Auto Electrician – for electrical components
• Hydraulic Expert – for hydraulics

Maintenance Inspections

MCM may inspect the product and records during the warranty period to ensure proper maintenance. Non-compliance may lead to claim rejection.

All parts must be purchased from MCM or an Authorised Dealer during the warranty period.

Warranty Exclusions

1. Negligence, misuse, overloading, or lack of maintenance
2. Delays by the owner to respond to known issues
3. Failure to notify MCM of known defects
4. Non-compliance with pre-start or service schedules
5. Use of unauthorized modifications or attachments
6. Contamination (filters, fuel, coolant, hydraulic oil)
7. Normal wear items: filters, gaskets, bulbs, belts, hoses, paint, etc.
8. Operation by unqualified personnel
9. Use of non-authorized aftermarket parts
10. Lack of documented proof of servicing

Liability Disclaimer

MCM disclaims all implied warranties not expressly stated. MCM’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

MCM is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages including lost income, production delays, or additional operational costs.

Optional Full Warranty Cover

A Full Warranty Cover (Parts + Labour) is available at additional cost for 1500hr/12 months. Extended options can be quoted. Requirements:

• Record of the most recent service
