MCM ML40 Multi Loader
The MCM ML40 Multi Loader features a 33.5kW Yanmar engine, 1000kg lift capacity & 3.2m reach, offering compact yet powerful performance for construction, agriculture & landscaping. Its articulated design, all-terrain differential lock & quick hitch plate provide exceptional versatility and maneuverability.
The MCM ML40 Multi Loader is a compact yet powerful hydrostatic loader, designed for efficient material handling, lifting & loading applications. With its 33.5kW Yanmar diesel engine, it delivers strong hydraulic performance, making it ideal for construction, agriculture, and landscaping.
Built for tight working spaces, the ML40 features central articulation, allowing it to navigate confined areas with ease. Its All-Terrain Differential Lock provides superior traction on rough or uneven surfaces, making it suitable for orchards, estates, construction sites, and residential projects.
The ML40 Multi Loader is equipped with a quick hitch plate, enabling you to attach over 60 different tools, including buckets, forks, augers, and specialized attachments to suit various job requirements.
Telescopic Boom
The ML40 Multi Loader is equipped with a H-Frame Heavy Duty Telescopic Boom which allows the operator to reach heights up to approximately 3.75m depending on what attachment is installed. The telescopic boom is operated using two buttons located on the Multi-Functional Joystick within the operator cabin. Thanks to the ML-Range’s advanced hydraulic system combined with the robust build of the double-mast boom, the operation of the boom is smooth and powerful.
Self-levelling Boom
The self-levelling boom is a standard feature on MCM’s ML-Range Multi Loaders. This system keeps the load levelled in any position when the boom is operated, which allows the operator to work safely and efficiently. Self-levelling function is particularly required for material handling, trenching, earth-moving and any application which requires the attachment equipped to remain level while moving the boom up and/or down. The below video shows the ML40’s self-levelling boom in action equipped with the pallet fork attachment.
Comfortable Cabin
The ML-Range features a comfortable enclosed cabin with a suspension adjustable seat, adjustable steering column, Air-conditioner, 360 degree operator visibility, and user-friendly controls. The cabin can be entered from both left and right sides.
Front & Rear Aux
The ML40 is equipped with front and rear auxiliary outputs for your selected hydraulic attachments. MCM offers a large range of implements and attachments for your ML Multi Loader. In addition to the hydraulic coupling points in front, the ML-Range comes equipped with an electrical output point as well for additional functionality when required. The auxiliary couplings are standard 1/2 inch flat-face couplings which provide the best seal to prevent any unwanted contamination from entering the hydraulic system. They are also easy to connect and disconnect when the operator needs to change attachments.
